General:

• Journeys between midnight and before 6am are subject to a 15% surcharge

 

• For London trips the Congestion Charge is added, when applicable

 

All prices are subject to VAT

 

Cancellations:

 

• For trips cancelled within 4 hours of the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the  fare.

 

• For journeys cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the fare.

 

• If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed time and pick up point, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the fare.
